Geographies of the Imagination
 

In 2019, I presented a one-hour talk consisting of 10 short episodes that revealed the localisation of Alice in Wonderland in global cities around the world.

 

The presentation was part of the roundtable discussion "Alice Around the World: Political Geography of Creative Content Mobility" with Dr. Natalia Grincheva, Curator Jessica Bram, and Chris Harris, who is the Head of Exhibition and Touring at ACMI.
 

The presentation I contributed showcases illuminating and fascinating details about how Alice has been appropriated, modified, and transformed in global cities.
